The submitted caption must focus on themes related to breast cancer awareness, such as prevention, survival, support, or advocacy

Each participant can submit a maximum of 3 entries
Note 3 :
Ensure your Instagram account is set to Public view, so we get the notification of your participation
Note 4 :
Entries will be judged on creativity, relevance to the theme, emotional impact, and technical quality
Note 5 :
3 chosen winners will be awarded with 1 Night Stay voucher at Deluxe Suite Seaview (Room Only) worth of RM1,400 each

Winner will be contacted via Instagram DM from Birkin International Hotel’s Official Instagram account

Terms & Conditions
1. Contest Overview
The Pink October Awareness Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is held to raise awareness about breast cancer during Pink October. The Contest encourages participants to share their photographs in pink with a caption related to breast cancer awareness, health, and prevention.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years and older, with valid Instagram account. Employees of Birkin International Hotel, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Submission Period
The Contest begins on 5th October 2024 and ends on 31st October 2024. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM [GMT+8] on the closing date.
4. Submission Guidelines
Photos must be original and owned by the participant. Stock or borrowed photos are not allowed. Offensive, violent, or inappropriate images will be disqualified.
5. Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged on creativity, relevance to the theme, emotional impact, and technical quality. The judging panel will consist of representatives from Birkin International Hotel.
6. Prizes
3 chosen winners will be awarded with stay voucher: 1 Night Stay at Deluxe Suite Seaview (Room Only) worth of RM1,400 each.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via their Instagram account. We will contact you through our Official Page. The list of winners will be announced on via our social media platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
By entering the contest, participants grant Birkin International Hotel the non-exclusive right to use, distribute, and display their photographs in any promotional or educational materials related to breast cancer awareness. Participants retain full ownership of their photographs.
9. Liability
Birkin International Hotel is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or issues related to photo submission. Participants assume all risks related to participation in the Contest and waive any claims against Birkin International Hotel related to their participation.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest, contacting winners and for Birkin International Hotel promotional.
11. Disqualification
Any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or submitting fraudulent or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
12. Amendments
Birkin International Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
